“ Food Quality Restaurant Ambience Employee Attitude, a big Positive (shout out to Abhishek) I'm like Indian and Bombay Grill is my Go-to place for my fix when Butter or Tandoori Chicken is calling my name. Their Balti Chicken is Fire. On top of this, they have this Banquet type setting where they have parties almost all weekend and since I hosted an event in July I know they are just great. All our Guests sincerely appreciated their food and ambience. The only flip side is that you should call before going in on the weekends due to major parties that are going on. Can always do a Take away on those occasions. ”
“ "Fantastic flavors, fresh breads, and top-notch customer service! The lunch buffet is a great deal--definitely worth it!" ”
“ Dined here a couple of times so far. Ordered Bengan Bharta, Bhindi Masala, Paneer Dilbhar, and Dal Tadka with Garlic Chili and Bullet Naan along with Jeera rice. All the food was delicious. Bengan Bharta has a smokey flavor to it, which was a plus! Ambience and Service bought are good. Would dine here again! ”
“ Don't sleep on this restaurant, it's so good! We took advantage of the dinner meal for two, I think it's $40 for meat option and $35 for vegetarian. We love vegetarian but decided to try the meat. Everything was so soo good! The starter we had was mulligatawny soup, made me think of Seinfeld! It was delicious! So were the appetizers, dessert and main course. The man helping us was really nice. Get the mango lassi, it's $3 or something. Would totally return as we want to try the lunch buffet. I walked past the restaurant again at night and see that a party or wedding was going on and it's a great place for it. ”
“ Really good vibe. Food is great and you can host parties over there too. Personally gotten take out from there a few times and the food never disappointed. ”
“ We just moved to the neighborhood and tried Bombay Grill for the first time a few months ago and really liked the food. We decided to cater from them for a party and the food was even better than what we had remembered. We ordered more than we needed, and still there was nothing left. The guests raved about the food, especially the chai !!!!! The chai was sooo goood. This is now our favorite neighborhood Indian restaurant and we have since ordered from here many times. Their lemon jeera rice and tandoori dishes are beyond delicious. Keep up the great work. ”
“ Best Indian food I've ever had, they definitely add something extra you don't find at a lot of Indian spots but some days are better than others for the lunch buffet which is to be expected as that's the nature of the lunch buffet. This place really made me fall in love with saag paneer though, it's amazing here, as is everything they serve really. Even the desserts are something special. Hours can be a little weird, sometimes they aren't open as early as google maps/yelp says (often times noon instead of 11) but it's worth the wait. I think Tuesdays they are often cleaning and don't offer the buffet so I'd recommend calling and asking ahead of time before you make the trek out. ”
“ Went for a weekend lunch buffet. Pretty good variety of food, including at least a couple of items I haven't seen at any other Indian buffet I've been too. I would definitely come back at the current price of $14.99/adult. Garlic Naan was pretty good and included. I hope more folks come out here as it was pretty sparsely populated at noon on a Saturday. Came here before the pandemic when this was an ayce sushi restaurant. It's changed but I like this Indian buffet. ”
“ TIP: Be prepared to walk! The parking lot is oppposite to the restaurant and the seating is opposite to the buffet. Also, ask the waiter for a napkin and water upfront. You may not get a chance later. Tastes almost like tandoor, the chutney and naan are different. Glad to see they have a buffet, its $14. Make sure you park infront of best buy, the entrance is at the back of the building. The paper menu us from lake forest, pricing isnt the same. I wish they would let people sit next to the buffet, the layout is very painful and makes more sense for a la carte. I hope they play music during the day, its way too quiet. ”
